Before starting his career as a music manager, Radu tasted a little bit of almost every field of the musical world. He begun writing articles and reviews in profile magazines since the 90s till '97, he also produced a great number of radio shows and everything he's done added another rock in his future career that was born once the musical industry begun to develop in Romania.
In 1997 he becomes artistic director at Media Pro Music, while since 2000 his career takes an ascendent course, as he is a marketing manager at Media Services/Sony Music Romania, artistic and repertory manager.
He signed his first management contract with the girl band Exotic, from that following a long number of artists on his list of clients.
From 1999 he manages also Stefan Banica Jr and his concert bands, The Rock and Roll band and 50's.
In 2001 he formed the girl group Blondy, group that had numerous no 1 hits with songs as "Ai gresit", "Numele tau" , "Nu meriti dragostea mea", and "Te-am iubit, te-am iubit", song that won them the 2nd place in the Hits section at Mamaia, one of the most important musical contest in Romania, in 2004.
As we speak he is managing artists like Anna Lesko, Marcel Pavel, Nicola, Lavinia, Keo, Ladies, Nico, Andreea Antonescu, Anca Badiu, Distinto, Roxy Rocks, Lili Sandu. He organized national as wel as international concerts and tours for great singers like Stefan Banica Jr and Julio Iglesias.
